Symphonia Harris began at MMI as an intern in the Human Resources department. Her six-month internship led to her becoming an HR Coordinator and today she is the HR Generalist responsible for the restaurant division along with recruiting and employment across the entire company.
It's just one big family.
Although MMI may have over 1,250 team members, we still treat everyone like family. Long before it was in vogue, MMI's Co-Founder, Earle Jones, said "Our team members are our most precious asset." This has been our mantra for over nearly three quarters of a century and still holds true today.
