It's all in the details. Our drive is to respond to the places we are called to serve. As operators of franchised and independently branded hotels, restaurants and resorts across multiple generations, we recognize the significance of going there because they won't believe us if our hospitality isn't authentic, cohesive, and immersive.
And, it works. We are fortunate to have team member-related statistics that lead the industry. What other hospitality management company do you know that has an active alumni group? Our Old Timers come together at least twice a year to reflect on their years of service and hear about how their cultural commitment in the early years is carrying on today.
When you enter our corporate office, you will not find walls covered in images of deals or development projects. Instead, you will walk past more than 100 headshots of Quarterly Century Club members.
