Dedicated F&B Leader Sets MMI Apart

Throughout his career, DeMers has demonstrated an exceptional ability in managing and developing hospitality concepts, executing regional and national multiunit start-ups, and overseeing business rehabilitation. Most recently, he held the position of Vice President and Corporate Director of Operations and Development at The Kolache Kitchen in Louisiana and Florida. Under his leadership, the company experienced significant growth, including the birth of a national franchise program, with the development of multiple units and the expansion of its footprint into new markets.

He has a proven track record of success in operational management, organizational leadership, and strategic planning. In this new role, DeMers will be responsible for overseeing the food & beverage operations across MMI Hotel Group's portfolio of properties
